It shall be unlawful for any person under twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase, attempt to purchase, or be in possession of alcoholic beverage, or furnish money to any person for such purchase, or enter any licensed premises where such beverages are being sold or displayed, except a restaurant when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
