2.07.060 Pleadings; Amendments

(a) Any pleading may be amended with the Court's permission at any time before trial, or during the trial, or upon appeal for the purpose of supplying any omission or deficiencies in the claim when by such amendment substantial justice will be promoted.

(b) When the amendment is requested at or during the trial and the Court is satisfied that a postponement is necessary and just for the other party, a postponement may be granted. Such postponement, however, must not exceed seven (7) days, and the party seeking such postponement may, if justice so requires be ordered to pay the additional costs.
