Where an insufficient number of jurors respond when summoned, or where by challenge the number of jurors is reduced below the number required for that case, the judge shall command the police to summon and return forthwith with a sufficient number of eligible jurors to complete the panel.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
