When the jury has agreed upon a verdict, they shall deliver it to the judge, publicly, and he shall enter it upon his docket. If either party desires and shall so request, a poll of the jurors may be taken at the time the verdict is returned and if the verdict be not as reported, the jury shall return for further deliberation.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
