Upon the verdicts being delivered to the judge, each juror shall be paid from the Tribal Court Fund the sum of five dollars ($5) per day and seven cents (7¢) per mile while traveling to and from their place of residence to the place of trial, which shall be taxed against the losing party. If the jury is unable to reach a decision or is dismissed for any other cause, then the parties shall share the costs of the jury equally.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
