This Board shall have Jurisdiction over all actions to determine competency or incompetency of Indians on the reservation for the purpose of guardianship. This Board shall have the power to issue subpoenas and compel obedience thereto and do any act of a Court necessary and proper for the purpose of discharging the duties required of it.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
