The Turtle Mountain Tribal Court of Appeals shall consist of three (3) judges, at least one (1) of whom shall be a licensed attorney under the laws of North Dakota and he shall be the presiding judge. They shall all be assigned to hear cases by the Chief Judge of the Turtle Mountain Tribal Court as occasion warrants. The Clerk of the Tribal Court shall also serve as the Clerk of the Tribal Court of Appeals.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
