When one of the parties does not appear on the day set for trial, a default judgment shall be entered against him. Any party not appearing at the trial shall have ten (10) days from the date set for trial to show cause why a default judgment should not be entered against him.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
