The presiding judge of the Court of Appeals shall write and file a memorandum of his decision in every case. Such memorandum shall state: (a) Action; (b) Facts of the case; (c) Statute if applicable; (d) Issue; (e) Rule of law; (f) Reasoning of the case. The Clerk of the Court of Appeals shall have a copy of this memorandum entered on the docket of the Tribal Court.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
