The officers of the Board shall be a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and a Secretary-Treasurer elected by the members of the Board at their first meeting. The Tribal Council appoints new members each year in September of each odd numbered year.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
