The Secretary-Treasurer of the Board shall keep complete and accurate records of all meetings and action taken by the Board, and shall keep full and accurate financial records, and make quarterly reports to the Board and to the Tribal Council, and submit a yearly audit by a public accountant to the Tribal Council.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
