The President shall preside over all Commission meetings; sign on behalf of the Commission all documents, decisions, orders, notices, or other papers approved for such execution by the Commission; and shall have such other powers and duties as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Commission.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
