Three (3) Commissioners shall constitute a quorum of the Commission. A majority of those Commissioners present at a meeting at which there is no quorum may by resolution adjourn the meeting from time to time for a period not exceeding ten (10) days in anyone instance.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
