The Commission may appoint any person qualified in the law or possessing knowledge or expertise in the subject matter of the hearing to act as examiner for the purpose of holding any hearing which the Commission, or any member thereof, has power or authority to hold. Any such appointment shall constitute a delegation to such examiner of all powers of a Commissioner under this title with respect to any such hearing.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
