21.04.120 Bonds

(a) The Commission may require its members and each of its officials and employees who may handle tribal monies or revenues, or who are responsible therefore, to give a bond for the honest and faithful performance of their duties, in such amounts as may be fixed by the Commission.

(b) The premiums on any bonds required of the Commission members, officials, and its employees shall be paid from the Tribal Utility Commission Account as authorized in the Commission budget.
