(a) Any individual may, upon request, gain access to and a copy of any information about them contained in an agency system of records, and may further request amendment of a record pertaining to him/her. (b) Upon receipt of such request for amendment of a record, an agency shall either make the requested correction or, within 15 days of the request, inform the individual of the agency's refusal to amend the record, together with the grounds thereforeTurtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
