22.08.010 Filing; Maintainingg Permanent Records; Payment of Reasonable Costs

(a) Each agency shall file with the Tribal Council Secretary, and the Tribal Court a copy of each authorized rule adopted by the Tribal Council or by the agency, affecting the activities of that agency.

(b) The Tribal Council Secretary shall keep and maintain a permanent register or file of all rules filed, including superseded and repealed rules, which shall be open to public inspection and shall provide copies of any rule upon request of any person. Unless otherwise provided by Ordinance, the Tribal Council Secretary may require payment of reasonable costs of providing such copies.
