In the event of a court finding of invalidity of any word, phrase, paragraph, or section of this title, such invalid word, phrase, paragraph, or section shall be severed from the remaining body of the Title, and the remainder of the Title shall remain in full force and effect.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
