24.48.110 Security Interest Unperfected Before Effective Date

A security interest that is an unperfected security interest immediately before Chapters 24.42 through 24.48 take effect becomes a perfected security interest:

(a) Without further action, when Chapters 24.42 through 24.48 take effect if the applicable requirements for perfection under Chapters 24.42 through 24.48 as amended by Chapters 24.42 through 24.48 are satisfied before or at that time; or

(b) When the applicable requirements for perfection are satisfied if the requirements are satisfied after that time.
