(a) In the event of a vacancy occurring on the Commission for any reason, the vacancy shall be filled for the remainder of the term by appointment of the Tribal Council. (b) Upon expiration of the term of the vacated Commissioner position, the procedure and qualifications set forth herein this title shall apply.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
