(a) The Tribe shall comply with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, 25 U.S.C. Section 2701 et seq. (IGRA) and the regulations adopted thereto. (b) To the extent any provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of the Tribal-State Gaming Compact or the IGRA, the provisions of the Tribal-State Gaming compact or IGRA will apply. (c) The Tribe shall comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, 31 U.S.C. § 5311 et seq.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
