(a) The Tribal Gaming Commission shall retain, for no less than three years from the date a primary management official or key employee is terminated from employment with the Tribe, the following documentation: (1) Applications for licensing; (2) Investigative Reports; and (3) Eligibility Determinations.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
