25.02.020 Fingerprints

(a) The Commission shall perform a background investigation for each primary management official and key employee of the gaming operation which shall include a check of criminal history records information maintained by the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

(b) The Commission shall request fingerprints from each primary management official and key employee.

(c) Fingerprints shall be taken by Live ScanTM – electronically, in accordance with the MOU between the National Indian Gaming Commission and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and shall be conducted in the TGRA office by the Background Investigator.

(d) Fingerprints will then be forwarded to the NIGC for processing through the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") and the National Criminal Information Center to determine the applicant's criminal history, if any.
