The Commission shall submit, with the report, a copy of the eligibility determination made under this title. If a license is not issued to an applicant, the Commission: (a) Shall notify the NIGC; and (b) May forward copies of its eligibility determination and investigative report (if any) to the National Indian Gaming Commission for inclusion in the Indian Gaming Individuals Records System.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
