25.02.120 License Suspension

(a) If, after the issuance of a gaming license, the Tribe receives from the NIGC reliable information indicating that a key employee or a primary management official is not eligible for employment the Tribe shall

(1) Immediately suspend such license;

(2) Provide the licensee with notice in writing the licensee of the suspension and the proposed revocation;

(3) Provide the licensee with notice of a time and place for a hearing on the proposed revocation of the license.

(b) After a revocation hearing, the Tribe shall decide to revoke or to reinstate a gaming license.

(c) The Tribe shall notify the NIGC of its decision to revoke or reinstate a license within 45 days of receiving notification from the NIGC that a Primary Management Official or Key Employee is not eligible for a license.

(d) If an individual license applicant refuses to accept service of the notice of revocation by certified mail or by other service methods, a public notice of the intent to revoke may be offered in the newspapers.
