The Court may release on probation a person convicted of a crime on such terms and conditions as are just and appropriate, taking into consideration the prior criminal record of the defendant, his background, character, financial condition, family obligation and any other pertinent circumstances.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
