Any person who shall willfully disobey any order, subpoena, warrant or command duly issued, made or given by the Turtle Mountain Tribal Court or any officer thereof shall be guilty of a Class 2 offense. When contempt is committed in the immediate view and presence of a judge, that person may be punished immediately.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
