26.11.100 Election Tampering

Any person who votes more than once at an election, places more than one (1) ballot in the ballot box for the same candidate for office, or issue, or campaigns within one hundred (100) feet of the building containing the polling

place, shall be guilty of a Class [2] two offense. (See Title 13).
