Any person who with intent to obstruct justice shall be guilty of a Class [2] two offense when a person gives a fictitious name, a false date of birth, or a fraudulently altered identification card to a law enforcement officer when a law enforcement officer makes inquiries incident to a lawful investigatory stop, lawful arrest, or inquiries incident to executing any other duty imposed by law.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
