It shall be unlawful to and a Class [4] four offense to: (a) Use force, violence, threats, intimidation, or engage in any other unlawful act with a purpose to interfere with a public servant performing an official function; or (b) Purposely obstruct, impair, or prevent the administration of law or other governmental function by force, violence, physical interference or obstacle, breach of official duty, or any other unlawful act.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
