26.11.480 Order to Disperse; Refusal Prohibited

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person who shall refuse to leave the premises of a gathering of people who are creating such unreasonable noise or disturbing the peace when a law enforcement officer has ordered all persons, who do not reside in the dwelling to leave, shall be guilty of a Class [1] one offense.

(b) It shall be unlawful to refuse or knowingly fail to obey an order to disperse or leave the immediate vicinity given by a law enforcement officer at the scene of a disturbance, riot or in the course of the investigation of an accident, fire, or other public disorder shall be guilty of a Class [2] two offense.
