Every owner of such premises, or tenant in charge of the premises and who has knowledge of the disturbance shall cooperate with such police officer and shall make reasonable effort to stop the disturbance. If the owner or tenant refuses to aid the officer's order to disperse shall be guilty of a Class [2] two offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
