26.12.030 Harboring a Sex Offender

Any person who commits the following will be guilty of a Class [4] four offense:

(a) Secretly provides shelter, lodging, or protection to conceal a juvenile, who is at risk of being sexually exploited.

(b) A resident of a Turtle Mountain Housing Complex who knowingly attempts or assists to provides shelter or residence to a sex offender.

(c) Secretly provide shelter, lodging, protection to conceal or who knowingly, attempts, or assists by providing false information, shelter or residence to any person trying to elude the law.
