A person who has entered into mutual combat with another person and is excessive in the circumstances shall be guilty of a Class [2] two offense. A person's use of defensive force after he withdraws from an encounter and indicates to the other person that he has done so is justified if the latter nevertheless, continues or threatens unlawful action.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
