26.13.120 Disorderly Conduct

Any person who, purposely causes public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creates a risk by:

(a) Threatening or in violent or tumultuous behavior;

(b) Making unreasonable noise or offensively coarse utterance, gesture or display or addresses abusive language to any person present; or

(c) Creating a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act, which serves no legitimate purpose of the actor; or

(d) Taking control of a building without specific authorization or refusing to vacate a building after being ordered to do so; or

(e) Obstructing entrance or exit from a public building or interfering with the normal use of the building by blocking etc.

Shall be guilty of a Class [2] two offense.
