Any person who, directly or indirectly, threatens or intimidates any judicial or ministerial officer, juror, referee, arbitrator, umpire, assessor, person authorized to hear or determine any controversy, witness, court interpreter or persons appointed to assist the Court, with intent to induce performance of any act not authorized by law or to omit or delay the performance of any duty imposed upon such person by law is guilty of a Class [3] three offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
