Any person who without proper authority, sells, trades or otherwise disposes of any property of an estate before the determination of the heirs shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a Class [4] four offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
