Any person who, without first securing a proper permit, cuts and or removes any standing green timber from an Indian Trust Allotment (except for the personal use of the allottee or from tribal land), shall be guilty of a Class [1] one offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
