26.16.030 Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree

(a) A person who commits the offense of second degree trespass and shall be guilty of a class [2] two offense if, without authorization, enters or remains on the property of another:

(1) After the person has been notified not to enter or remain there by the owner, by a person in charge of the premises, by a lawful occupant, or by another authorized person or

(2) property that is posted in a manner that reasonably will come to the attention of intruders/trespassers not to enter the property.
