26.16.040 Trespass at Lakes

(a) All lakes and surrounding premises, under Tribal jurisdiction, shall be closed from 11:00 p.m. to 1/2 hour before sunrise, each day throughout the year.

(b) Any person who is found at the lake during the closed hours shall be guilty of a Class [2] two offense.

(c) Subsections (a) and (b) do not apply to persons occupying a dwelling or guests of such occupants, or other persons acting under the authority of law.
