Someone who knowingly, willfully or purposefully administers a controlled substance with the intent to stupefy, intoxicate, sedate or restrain another person in order to facilitate sexual contact, penetration or causes bodily physical harm, will be charged with a Class [5] five Offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
