Transportation Crime. It is unlawful for a person to transport, carry, deliver any amount of cocaine; crank, crack, heroin; methamphetamine, phencyclidine, or hallucinogen, including any controlled substance in Schedules I through V and will be charged with a Class [4] Four Offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
