It is unlawful for any person to knowingly or intentionally use, possess, trade, give away, sell or offer for sale any drug paraphernalia and will be charged with a Class [2] two Offense if the paraphernalia has tested positive for any drug from Schedules I through V.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
