Any person who knowingly causes or permits a child to be present where a person is using, selling, manufacturing, delivering, transporting, misusing a prescription drug, possessing an immediate precursor or chemical substance with which to manufacture, use or possess a controlled substance is guilty of child endangerment by prohibited drug activity and will be charged with a Class [4] four Offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
