It shall be a Class [4] four offense for any person to willfully or wantonly discharge or attempt to discharge any barreled weapon capable of discharging shot, bullets, pellets, or other missiles at a muzzle velocity of at least 600 feet per second, or a firearm, into any building, structure, vehicle, aircraft, watercraft, or other conveyance.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
