26.19.100 Use of Dangerous Weapon(s) by a Juvenile

Anyone who is a parent, guardian, or other person having charge or custody of any juvenile under [18] eighteen years of age, and knowingly allows such child to carry or use in public any dangerous weapon as defined in Section 26.01.010, except when such child is in the company and under the direct control of such parent, guardian, or other adult person authorized by the parent or guardian, is guilty of a Class [3] three offense of use of dangerous weapons by a juvenile.
