26.20.020 Testifying Falsely at Investigation of Fire

Any witness involved with at an investigation of a fire conducted by any Tribal, Federal, or State, law enforcement officer, State Fire Marshal, or BIA Wildland Fire Cause & Origin Investigator, under the provisions of this chapter, who gives false testimony at such hearing is guilty of perjury a Class [3] three offense, and shall be sentenced therefore under this title of the Turtle Mountain Tribal Code.
