26.20.030 Penalty for Obstructing the Prevention, Detection, Suppression or Investigation of Wildfires

Whoever interferes with, obstructs or commits any act aimed to obstruct the prevention, detection, suppression or investigation of wildfires by the employees of the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs or any other person engaged in the prevention, detection, suppression or investigation of wildfires; or, who damages or destroys any equipment being used for such purpose, shall be guilty of a Class 2 offense and shall be liable for any repairs, replacement and restitution of any equipment damages as a result of their actions.
