26.20.220 Law Enforcement and Fire Official Citation Authority

(a) All violations of this code may be issued through a citation for Class I and 2 offenses and the requirement of a criminal complaint that is set forth in Title 1 of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Criminal Procedure Code is not required.

(b) Non-Indian(s) residing within the territory and jurisdiction of the Turtle Mountain Tribe shall be subject to a fine of a sum of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) but no more than five hundred dollars ($500) and shall be responsible for the restitution associated with any of the above offenses enumerated in Section 19 of this title.
