A copy of the summons and complaint shall be served upon the defendants in the manner provided by the Tribal Court rules for service of process in civil matters. In the absence of such Tribal Court rules, the summons and complaint shall be served by one of the two methods provided in Article II Section 3 above.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
